Without any before and after photos to share, Ruby told us about how much exercise she really does do in a week. The average recommended amount is 30 minutes a day and Ruby trumps that by doing just over double the exercise amount suggested.


This chick spends 7.5 hours a week in the gym, running, boxing and doing cross-fit. She does all of this to keep track of her weight and also to stay fit. That many hours exercising must be worth doing and she says she really enjoys doing this.

She started exercising when she started noticing that her weight wasn't where she wanted it to be, she was always tired and her skin wasn't looking too good. In an effort to minimise all of this, she started her long exercise routines and has even won herself 3rd place and second place in some in-house gym competitions that she does for her own fun.
